Pentland is a UK based, private family owned company operating in sports, outdoor and fashion. Andy is the third generation to lead the family’s brand management business.
Delroy is a Director in the housing sector and holds a number of national board level positions, ranging from social housing to international charities including advising businesses on the social merits of diversity and inclusion.

Diane Lees is the Director-General of Imperial War Museums, the cultural lead for the Centenary of the First World War, and is a Trustee of 14-18NOW, the Centenary’s Cultural Programme. Diane is a Trustee of the IWM Development Trust, The Gerry Holdsworth Special Forces Trust, and the Army Museums Ogilby Trust.
The Chair of the Final Panel, Patrick Dunne, is currently the Chairman of board consultancy Boardelta, the charities The EY Foundation and ESSA – Education Sub Sahara Africa – and CMI’s Board of Companions. Patrick is also a member of the advisory board of Bridges Social Entrepreneurs Fund and the FT NED club.

Professor Taylor is Dean and Director of Studies at the Open University Business School. She holds a degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Canada, an MSc in Economics from the University of Toronto, Canada and a PhD in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
Rebecca started her career in financial services at the Toronto Dominion Bank.
