Andy Rubin is Chairman of Pentland Brands Ltd, a director of Pentland Group plc and non-executive director of JD Sports Fashion Plc.
Pentland is a UK based, private family owned company operating in sports, outdoor and fashion. Andy is the third generation to lead the family’s brand management business.
Delroy is a Director in the housing sector and holds a number of national board level positions, ranging from social housing to international charities including advising businesses on the social merits of diversity and inclusion.
Recently, Delroy was appointed Chairman of the Board at the Bradford University School of Management, a world-renowned business school
Jeannette is a Senior Advisor to Boards and senior executives regarding business strategy, governance, regulatory relations and leadership.
Prior to this she was a senior executive in the financial services and consulting industries. Jeannette is also a practicing Executive Coach, having qualified in 2009.
The Chair of the Final Panel, Patrick Dunne, is currently the Chairman of board consultancy Boardelta, the charities The EY Foundation and ESSA – Education Sub Sahara Africa – and CMI’s Board of Companions. Patrick is also a member of the advisory board of Bridges Social Entrepreneurs Fund and the FT NED club.
His executive experience includes 26 years in a variety of roles with 3i Group plc where until 2012 he was Communications Director and a member of its Operating committee.
Professor Taylor is Dean and Director of Studies at the Open University Business School. She holds a degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Canada, an MSc in Economics from the University of Toronto, Canada and a PhD in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
Rebecca started her career in financial services at the Toronto Dominion Bank.
