Michelle has over 15 years’ experience of strategic and organisational planning, risk and performance management in public and third sector organisations. She is currently Deputy Director Governance and Planning at the National Deaf Children’s Society and is on the steering group of the Not-for-profit sector Strategy and Planning Forum.
After 11 years as a management development specialist and HR business partner with HSBC, Steve resumed his academic career in firstly with Chichester University and since 2014 with Regents University London where he is currently the Interim Dean of the Business and Management Faculty.
Darren Dalcher is Professor of Project Management at the University of Hertfordshire and Visiting Professor at the University of Iceland. He is the founder and Director of the National Centre for Project Management, an interdisciplinary centre of excellence operating in collaboration with industry, government, charities, NGOs and the learned societies.
