Andrew took a degree in Economic History and qualified in management and management accounting.
His first appointment was with the management services division of a London borough. After a secondment with Urwick Orr, he moved in to management consultancy and led organisation development and remuneration projects for clients such as Siemens, Westinghouse, Allied Breweries and Rolls-Royce.
Michelle has over 15 years’ experience of strategic and organisational planning, risk and performance management in public and third sector organisations. She is currently Deputy Director Governance and Planning at the National Deaf Children’s Society and is on the steering group of the Not-for-profit sector Strategy and Planning Forum.
Quentin’s family background has given him a very international outlook and a passion for innovation and improvement in businesses.
